Massive apologies yet again for the huge delay betwixt posts. I’ve had an absolutely insane last few weeks of uni, what with assignments and filming and work and the rest. So yeah, forgive me, sil vous plait?

I just finished cutting together my short film for my Non-Linear Editing class. After my first two ideas failed dismally due to lack of locations and actors respectively, I sat down and wrote this thing in a night, based on ‘Final Option’, a tiny chase sequence we shot a month or so back. It’s a tribute to the Bourne Identity, and is the first in a trilogy of little movies I’ll be making over the holidays. So yeah. Check out the Uni render here.

So that’s uni done for my second year. Shi’ite that went fast. Bring on next year! After three or four months sleep though.

I’ve been heading in the last few weeks and helping out at a place called Manic Times, a political satire production company led by the inimitable Charles Firth of Chaser fame. I’m just running around the city and helping out for them, but it’s an awesome experience to hang out with Charles, the actors, director and technical folk. Check out their stuff here.

I’m in the midst at the moment of finishing off the script for the Check sequel, as well as working for Manic, the Body Shop and Video Ezy. What an awesome summer!

Oh by the way – go Aussies!

Until next time…
